Facial Lipolysis

Fatty deposits are injected with a combination of Phosphatidylcholine and Deoxycholate, which cause rupturing of the fat cells. Vitamins increase the metabolism in the treated area. Fat is then transported to the liver and excreted through the intestines.

This procedure can be performed to *reduce the volume of the nasolabial folds, the jowls or the double chin.

Ice is used as a means of anaesthesia prior to the treatment.

The treatment is performed within 15 minutes.

Following the procedure, warm compresses are applied to reduce tenderness. Ice compression and Arnica gel help to reduce discomfort and swelling, although it is important to plan carefully before this treatment is undertaken, as facial lipolysis normally causes *significant swelling for 3 days.
