Transform Terms and Conditions:

  • Saturday booking fees are payable 48 hours in advance to secure such bookings.
  • Booking fees will also be payable for all bookings Mondays to Saturdays, which exceed one hour and are payable 48 hrs in advance.
  • Booking fees are R200.00 per 30 minutes booked, unless the treatment is worth less than R200.00, in which case the treatment amount is payable.
  • No bookings will be made before a proof of payment has been submitted.
  • Bookings on Fridays & Saturdays and bookings of more than an hour must be cancelled 48 hours in advance.
  • If these bookings are not cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, booking fees will be used towards consultation times booked with the consulting/treating somatologist/doctor and therefore these booking fees will be forfeited.
  • Bookings from Mondays – Thursdays of less than 1 hour carry a 24-hour cancellation period. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the booked appointment of less than an hour, the planned treatment needs to be paid in full in order to secure another booking. If a second booking is cancelled within less than 24 hours, the booking fee will be forfeited.
  • If a Friday or Saturday booking was cancelled or there was a no-show, a booking fee is payable in order to confirm another booking, irrespective of the treatment duration.
  • Please inform the clinic if you are running late. If you run late, the time will be deducted from your treatment and the treatment must still be paid in full.
  • Ensure that you arrive 10 minutes earlier if you need to complete any forms.
  • A treatment, which forms part of a treatment package, will be deducted from the package as a treatment taken, if a client fails to attend his or her appointment or cancels within 48 hours.
  • Treatment package prices are only valid for a period of 12 months from the day of purchase; thereafter, any treatments still outstanding, will be charged at the new, increased rates.
  • If package treatments are cancelled before a package has been completed, the outstanding treatments will be payable as single treatments (without any discount)
  • Intervals for payments on a payment plan are 30 days or less and not at the time of treatments.
  • No cash or card refunds will be offered on treatments or products. A credit note will be created, which can be used towards alternative treatments or products.
  • Treatment credit cannot be used towards product purchases.
  • Prices of treatments and products are subject to change without any notification.
  • Loyalty cards are not valid during Spring Celebration and on promotional items. These cards are valid only on normal-priced products to the value of R500 or more per purchase and not on treatments. A stamp will not be issued if the Loyalty card is not present.
  • Birthday vouchers or promotional vouchers issued by Transform are only valid for 1 month. Any cancellation of such bookings will render these vouchers invalid.
  • Vouchers purchased are only valid for 12 months from purchase date.
  • Transform will not be held liable for any injuries, theft or accidents whilst on the premises.
  • Transform cannot guarantee any product or treatment results.
  • A faulty product will not be replaced or refunded if the product has been used for more than 2 weeks.
  • If reactions develop following treatments or the use of products, Transform should be contacted immediately.
